This policy explains delivery for orders placed through barrelandbloom.uk. Barrel & Bloom currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses where an available carrier service is offered at checkout.

Delivery charges

Orders of £50 or more: free standard UK delivery.
Orders under £50 weighing up to 2 kg: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4.50.
Orders under £50 weighing more than 2 kg: DPD — £7.50.

The delivery charge shown at checkout is the charge that applies to your order.

Processing and delivery times

We normally prepare orders within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes a further 2–4 working days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 3–6 working days.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays begin processing on the next working day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will take reasonable steps to meet them.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with your order after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@barrelandbloom.uk. We will try to help, but an address change may not be possible once fulfilment or dispatch has begun.

Delays, missing parcels and delivery problems

Carrier delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, or if it arrives damaged, contact hello@barrelandbloom.uk with your order number so that we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
